Plans and packages for our Online IB Tutoring

You will receive a confirmation of the package you have bought. We will start matching you with the tutor that best fits your needs. We make sure to get back to you within 24 hours after the moment that you have placed your order. Once this is done you will receive contact from our tutor in order to schedule the first lesson.

The tutor you are working with will keep track of the ongoing lessons and inform you about how many hours are left. We send you an email at the end of each month with an overview of your conducted lessons.

All Think Smart tutors have once been in your shoes - they are IB alumni. They have struggled with the same problems that you have had and as a result are able to adjust quicker than an average IB teacher. Hence we grant you a personalized IB exam journey. We put great weight on helping students understand concepts as opposed to simply memorizing formulae.

Each person is different and hence we make sure to fit the right tutor to the right tutee. Our tutor matchmaking is our company specialty and distinguishes us from the rest of the IB tutors available online.

That is not a problem, we will make sure to adjust and give you a try with a second tutor. We do our best to accommodate you with your special requests, in order to allow for an optimal learning environment.

The first class is an introduction in order to pinpoint what over-arching problems the tutee is experiencing. We make a plan in order to bridge the knowledge gaps as quickly as possible. We do not help solve your homework for you, rather use our knowledge in order to best help you understand these topics yourself. We have a heavy focus on past paper questions as well as overview lessons in order to further root out all topics that you may be unsure of. Depending on the difficulty some tutors will further ask you to make custom made questions after the lesson, that will be discussed on the next lesson.

You have a two year warranty on the hours that you have purchased. If you finish the IB exam and additional hours are left over, we do not provide refunds so choose the packages that you would like to pursue wisely. If you have siblings that are coming into the IB you are allowed to transfer the hours to them within the same family.

You can simply go to our customer portal on Stripe, where you can change your subscription, update payment data, cancel it anytime you want. To do it go here: Customer Portal

Our main goal is to provide a flexible and user-friendly environment for our subscribers. Therefore, if you have unused hours at the end of your subscription period, rest assured that these will not be forfeited. Instead, they will roll over to the next subscription period for you to use at your convenience.

Please remember that your subscription renews automatically, so you'll be billed for the next period unless you cancel the subscription. To do it go here: Customer Portal However, your accumulated unused hours will remain available for you to use. You can use them for any IB related topic you want.
